Pyrolysis Burnout Oven

Pyrolysis Burnout Oven

Based on studies realized by international organizations, this is the only process to remove the old or damaged winding without affecting the energy efficiency of the equipment.

The motors are placed in a camera which will be subject to a controlled temperature that will melt and discard insulation, which makes it easy to remove. The equipment will be slowly heated to the desired temperature, where it will be several hours to ensure the destruction of varnishes and insulations. Because the oxygen in the camera is controlled, there is no flame avoiding any damage in the core.

The vapours created will move into a second camera with a labyrinth, where they are subjected to a temperature greater than 850 degrees, avoiding the emission of pollutants to the atmosphere.
