Laser alignment

Misalignment in couplings or pulleys is one of the most frequent causes for the occurrence of premature problems on the bearings or mechanical seals.

By performing the alignment of the equipment, significantly reduces the overall level of vibrations, resulting not only a significant increase in durability of the equipment but also a decrease in the consumption of electrical energy.

The laser alignment is the most quickly and accurately way to perform alignments. We use SKF equipment to align the couplings and pulleys. In the case of coupling alignment, our equipment is suitable for ATEX environments. On the pulley systems, in addition to the alignment we can inspect and adjust the belt tensioning, also using SKF equipment.
